Skybet Casino's Live Poker Room has become a popular choice for mobile gamers looking to enjoy a thrilling poker experience on the go. But how well does it perform on mobile devices? In this guide, I’ll break down the pros and cons from a mobile user experience perspective.

The Verdict

Skybet’s Live Poker Room is an attractive option for newcomers. The mobile app is user-friendly and responsive, making it relatively easy to get started. However, there are some areas that need improvement, particularly in terms of app stability during peak hours. Let's take a closer look.

The Good

• Responsive Design: The app is well-optimised for touch interfaces, allowing for smooth gameplay.
• Wide Game Selection: With around 1,840 games, players have plenty of options. The live poker tables are particularly engaging.
• Fast Withdrawals: In my testing, withdrawals cleared in about 31 hours, which is decent compared to other casinos.

The Bad

• Stability Issues: During peak hours, the app can lag, leading to frustrating gameplay interruptions. It's not uncommon to experience delays.
• Limited Promotions: The bonuses for live poker players aren't very competitive. For instance, the wagering requirement stands at 37x, which can be tough for beginners.

The Ugly

• Touch Sensitivity: Occasionally, the touch interface can be unresponsive, especially when navigating through game options. This can lead to accidental clicks.
• Customer Support: While they do offer support, response times can vary significantly. I waited for about 45 minutes once, which felt rather long.
